- 6pm set-up. Everyone please assist.
- 6:30- 7:15 (or so) Junior Band.
- 7:30 – 8:30 (or so), Intermediate band.
- On completion – tear-down. Everyone please assist.
- It may be windy and it may be cold. Wear black pants, black tops and have a jacket! Music stand lights may be necessary.
