See Keith for your entry ticket on Wednesday. If you are not at rehearsal, you will have to hunt hime down to get yours. Butcharts is not handing out extra guest passes this year.
Dan and the trailer will be at Butcharts by 12:45. Please be there by then to help unload and set up.
1:10 – complete set up and be ready to warm-up. Concert dress required. Be weather smart – conservative hats and sunglasses are permitted.
1:30 – Downbeat! Mike will give us concert order on Wednesday. Bring your whole folder, just in case he decides to add something.
2:30 We are finished playing. If you haven’t already toured the garden, you can do so now. It is supposed to be a beautiful day!
